Seed40 encourages entrepreneurship, promote calculated risk-taking and support the creation of startups ventures through lean-methodologies and best practices.

The community is open to aspiring tech entrepreneurs, early-stage startups, IT employees and students. We aim at educating and inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders, support tech entrepreneurs and guide their growth via our network of mentors and advisors.

To empower 40 startups in next 3 years in Nigeria, and 40 startups in Houston Texas, and support them to create world class companies.

Oonsoft is a technology consulting and innovation company, focused on business process improvement and business technology adaptation. Oonsoft Strategy combines best innovations that technology can provide with dynamic business model in solving business problems for startup, SME’s, and State information services and portals.

Oonsoft has its operating offices in Houston Texas, and in Lagos Nigeria.

We invest as a seed capital into innovative product ideas and people to take them to the next level.

We have in-house $250,000.We help you connect with investors for further rounds of funding. We invest in early stage startup with the maximum stake of 26%.

How it works?

All investment opportunities go through the following process:

Initial qualification by the Seed40 Startups investment committee.

This step may involve email exchanges, or a phone call / video chat / in-person meeting, depending on the nature of the opportunity.

Pitch meeting.

The company does a presentation to Seed40 Startups members who are interested in learning more about the opportunity.

Due diligence.

If members are interested in investing in the company, we would coordinate the due diligence process, focusing on the key questions identified by the members.

Terms discussion and closing

If all goes well, the investing members would proceed to discuss investment terms with the company and work towards closing the transaction, individually. If the company has already received a term sheet from a lead investor by this time, the members would often choose to invest under the same terms.

Information rights letter.

The company grants information rights to the Seed40 Startups team such that the group can forward management updates to the members who have invested in the company.
