A business developer identifies and assists in developing strategic associations with potential clients and future business partners. They take initiates to foresee the entire business development process right from the lead phase of seizing opportunities till the contract phase. A few of their tasks include creating materials to develop a proposal, finding ways for internal marketing, creating a flow for a pitch and also sustaining relationships with prospective clients. As a business developer it is critical to prioritize your responsibilities as need be and perform multiple tasks for the smooth functioning of the errands. They work under the supervision of the business development head and have to frequently collaborate with them. Besides a business developer has to lead project heads to get concepts and proposals in place.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • We wish to have aboard someone who can run a comprehensive end-to-end pitch procedure.
  • The candidate should have experience working in a digital environment preferably in business development, offering services to clients and working on different strategies
  • Ideal candidate should have an international exposure, preferably liaising with US clients
  • Perform sales calls in order to secure new business
  • Grow revenue base by identifying and closing new business without territory restrictions
  • You need to develop proposals and other pitch materials such as the initial POV, case studies, presentations, which covers the prospective clients
  • Provide exemplary customer service/relationship management and consultative selling
  • Should make good use of internet in mining data
  • Accomplish targeted performance objectives on a consistent basis
  • A distinct ability to manage affiliations with all prospective clients right from the initial dialogue to the close
  • A passion towards digital business and a strong determination to remain up-to-date with the newest trends in the digital world
  • 3+ years of Business development experience for mobile and web services is preferred
