Kona AI explains fundraising packages, calculates giveback percentages, which are typically 20 to 30 percent of gross sales, and describes service logistics. It guides users toward booking a fundraiser dynamically, based on event size, location, and applicable state-level tax rules.
Event planners often need help determining how many trucks or how much time they need. Kona AI calculates the estimated serving duration based on the brand's serving capacity of 300 Konas per hour and the expected guest count. It adjusts recommendations dynamically based on additional trucks or staff added to the booking.
Kona AI connects in real time to KonaOS's scheduling and booking system. Users can check truck availability for a specific date and location, see alternative options if their preferred slot is unavailable, and browse upcoming public Kona events by zip code and time period, with direct links to the Customer Portal for each event.
Kona AI enhances the customer ordering experience with a Frequently Purchased Together recommendation engine. When a customer selects a menu item, the system draws on historical order data to suggest complementary items and popular food extras. This improves average order value and customer satisfaction at the same time.
Not every customer interaction can be fully automated. Kona AI intelligently flags requests that require human judgment. These include complex availability conflicts, unique event requirements, or product inquiries with insufficient data. It routes them to a dedicated Franchise Admin dashboard.
