Access to Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) to meet healthcare and social needs is an important factor in addressing social determinants of health. A customized dashboard enables the admin to manage the entire operations from a single platform. Admin can quickly manage the user profiles - patients, drivers, fleet, and clients; schedule and manage trips, and track the real-time data so as to provide the quality transportation service. Admin can also set the pricing modules and generate the digital invoice for the trip. An integrated system of the software enables the admin to send notifications to all the associated stakeholders.
With this app, patients can book trips in a click of a button, receive trip-related updates, get driver details, and select vehicles. Patients can easily make the payment online and get a receipt of the trip. Patients can also request any special assistance required while scheduling a trip.
To enhance the NEMT service, drivers can get detailed information about the trip, including pickup time, drop-off time, scheduled trips, navigated routes, earnings, ratings, and lot more using this driver app. The availability of the driver can also be changed via this app. Furthermore, other features like the emergency button, real-time trip requests, digital signature, etc. make the driver app more user-friendly.
